Rt. 9 In The New Year

I know it's been a few minutes since I've posted. It has been all wasted time. I had great holidays. Kate and the kids make it very special. The barbershop has been very busy. I keep expecting it to slow down but we're almost three weeks into the new year and it remains steady. I've been very fortunate.

I've also been hard at work with Erik on Route 9. We debuted the new name at the first T.J.gig of the year. That means it's official. Both of our performances under the moniker have been rewarding. We put allot of time and effort into the January song of the Calendar Project. It's ready but I've decided to hold of until the end of the month to release it. I was very excited to get started on another year of the audioblog. I can't begin to express how pumped I am that it's a collaborative project this year. Not only musically. Jay has such a large part in all the sites that I juggle. Erik helps me bring Calendar songs and many others to the stage. Kate is going to put up a new painting every month to coincide with the new tune. I'm so lucky to have so many talented focused people to help with rockbarber.com I look forward to bringing you another year of blogs, pictures, artwork, videos, live performances, haircuts, and conversation.

Lastly, We just put up a Rt. 9 myspace. That's the spot to keep up on my work with Erik. I'll take down the Mob 3 link and put up Route 9's ACtIVE link.
